AVC maintains a fully staffed, highly trained Service Department at our headquarters in Herndon, Virginia. Many of our clients have locations outside the metropolitan Washington, DC region and from time to time these locations require system installations, upgrades or service calls. AVC has negotiated agreements with trusted firms around the country to address our client’s national needs while maintaining one point of contact, that being AVC. This allows much better consistency and keeps accountability focused on AVC.
